The penultimate experience is to bring all this knowledge together and enjoy an in-person workshop. It's a jam-packed session, and can be curated for your unique business requirements.
The workshop covers a theory of all the career types (remember, each member will only be versed on their own), the different personal interaction styles, decision-making strategies, assimilation styles and key indicators.
We'll then break into groups by Career Type and Decision-making Strategies to share experiences and then revert as a unified team and workshop as a group. We'll discuss current business issues and how they can be solved through the lens of the learnings.
We'll create a strategic plan to ensure this knowledge is utilised to its maximum advantage daily - not left at the door of the workshop at the end of the session (which, let's face it, happens often!).
