A Business Partnership Analysis maps these dynamics. It uncovers and demonstrates where you compliment each other, and where there may be friction. By knowing the qualities each partner brings, and where the synergy and tension lies, you optimise the collaboration. It’s not about ‘fixing’ the other person, it’s about understanding the dynamics of the relationship to enhance your business success. This analysis can help if you are committed to: - improving your working relationship; - if two people are struggling working together; or - when determining if you should enter into a partnership with another. This package includes a Career Session 1 for both business partners, as well as a Joint Partnership Session. CAREER SESSION 1: (1) Career Type = How you best express yourself in the world (2) Personal Interaction Style = How you best interact with others (3) Decision-Making Strategy = How you best make the best decisions with confidence and correct timing (4) Assimilation Style = How you process information and why that is important (5) Key Success Factors = How you know if you are on or off-track. JOINT PARTNERSHIP SESSION: (1) We will analyse the individual designs of both parties, and discuss similarities and differences. (2) We will then highlight: - Your Life Themes - How you each manifest your Purpose in the world - Electro-Magnetic Strengths: Where you shine extra bright together - Dominance & Compromise Strengths: Where tension may arise - Emotional Dynamics: How you cope under pressure - Wisdom & Advice: You will be provided with key recommendations for optimising the partnership that will serve you both for years to come. (3) 1 x 90-min 'Joint Partnership Analysis session' via zoom - both partners together. (4) Personalised Report on your Joint Partnership analysis. REQUIREMENT OF BOOKING: (1) Please send me the date, time and place of birth for both partners when booking. It takes many hours to prepare the presentations as each design is unique. Otherwise, the appointment/s will be rescheduled.
